The following rules apply to all participants of the Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5 Wiki. These regulations have been established to encourage constructive contribution, promote a friendly community culture, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Violation of any of these rules will generally result in a verbal warning for the first offense, followed by a block with an expiration date appropriate to the severity of the violation. Each user is allowed up to 3 temporary blocks before a permanent block, though this policy may be bypassed for particularly egregious violations. Exploitation of loopholes in wiki policies will result in the offending user(s) receiving punishments commensurate to the action.
By using the wiki, all users acknowledge these rules and their accompanying policies. Failure to understand these policies is not a valid excuse to evade punishment.
Terms of Use
The Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5 Wiki observes and enforces FANDOM's Terms of Use.
General conduct
- For ease of interaction, all wiki activities shall be conducted in English.
- Respect all users. Bullying, harassment, trolling, intimidation, or the glorification of such behaviors is strictly prohibited. Users are not permitted to use discriminatory language to include slurs and/or other forms of hate speech.
- Avoid spreading misinformation and disinformation. The deliberate spread of false information, regardless of pertinence to the wiki, is not permitted. This includes defamation, slander, character assassination, or other forms of personal disinformation.
- Unsanctioned previews or 'leaks' of upcoming in-game content are strictly prohibited. Sanctioned content must be approved by PLATINUM FIVE for public release. Any content found to be outside of definition will be immediately removed. Users who upload or otherwise partake in sharing unsanctioned content are subject to disciplinary action.
- Do not engage in fraudulent behavior. At no point will any user engage in phishing, scamming, identity theft, or other forms of fraud.
- NSFW/NSFL activities and the media surrounding them have no place on the wiki.
- Engagement in sexual or otherwise obscene activities is unacceptable on the wiki. This policy also applies to proliferation of content involving such actions.
- There is a zero-tolerance policy for any and all content posted with the intent to glorify active and/or known terrorist/hate groups.
- Flooding and other forms of spam are not allowed. Spamming is defined as the posting of excessive, superfluous, or irrelevant content in a manner that actively hinders a reader's ability to navigate the wiki.
- Do not post off-topic contents on the wiki's Discussion page. Off-topic contents are defined as contents that aren't related or relevant to Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5, PLATINUM FIVE or the wiki.
- Do not vandalize wiki content. Vandalism is the intentional creation/alteration/destruction of content that disrupts the wiki.
- Do not partake in raids on the wiki. Raids are defined as coordinated actions taken by a party to rapidly alter wiki content in a disruptive manner. All users found to be involved in raiding will be issued a permanent and non-appealable block.
Administration policies
- Respect administration and their decisions.
- If a wiki staff member issues an order to a user to cease a certain activity, they are required to comply. Those who refuse to obey such orders subject themselves to consequences as determined by wiki staff. The primary objective of this policy is to allow wiki staff to rapidly take control of a situation.
- Except for extreme cases of violation, moderation actions are subject to post-incident appeal and review.
- Efforts made to evade administration actions will result in further consequences.
